Sarah specialises in complex financial settlements on divorce and pre and post marital agreements. She handles cases with significant and/or complex assets, income, corporate or trust issues and international elements. She has experience of complex High Court litigation, but always seeks to resolve cases without litigation where possible.

Sarah is known for her expertise in pensions on divorce, sitting on Resolution’s Financial Remedies, Tax and Pension Committee. She is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, co-chairing the IAFL Pensions Committee.

She was part of the Family Justice Council's Working Party on Needs, which produced the “Guidance on Financial Needs on Divorce” for the judiciary and is a member of the Pensions Advisory Group, which produced a report on pensions on divorce. She has also contributed divorce-related articles in the Financial Times.
