Overview

Sian is a highly experienced commercial litigator, with expertise in food, agriculture, consumer products and private wealth disputes. 

She has a national reputation as an advisor to farming and agricultural businesses, as well as to private clients; dealing with agricultural matters (including land and tenancy issues), family business and partnership issues and trust and probate disputes.

Sian heads our Food and Drink team and has particular expertise in advising clients on regulatory compliance, supply chain issues and product liability and recalls in respect of food and consumer products.

A key leader of our dispute resolution team, Sian works with her colleagues to help clients arrive at the right solution to their issue, minimising impact and maximising success. She is supported by our extensive dispute resolution practice with a proven track record in the highest-profile cases and cross-border, multi-sector expertise.

She is a member of the European Food Lawyers Network, and the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants, is a member of the inter-professional board of the Agricultural Law Association and is editor of Halsbury’s Laws of England on Agricultural Production and Marketing.
